Silence of the Lambs sees FBI trainee Clarice Starling (Jodie Foster) attempt to track down a serial killer with the help of incarcerated cannibal Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins). The horror/thriller earned five Academy Awards, including Best Picture.
