Disney+ has just revealed a new trailer for the Star Wars: The Bad Batch coming to Disney+ on May 4th. This spinoff of The Clone Wars will dive into the story of The Bad Batch (Clone Force 99). We were introduced to The Bad Batch in season 7 of The Clone Wars. As you can tell by the trailer below it will not be all fun and games for them as they are being hunted by the empire.

Taking place at the end of the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch brings back Hunter, Echo, Wrecker, Tech, and Crosshair. We also see the return of Tarkin, Captain Rex, Saw Gerrera, and Fennec Shand. There were also a few new characters introduced as well.

THE BAD BATCH

“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” makes its debut on Tuesday, May 4, with a special 70-minute premiere, followed by new episodes every Friday starting on May 7.

“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army—each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.
