The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Chris Pratt is joining the production of Thor: Love and Thunder. The news comes off the heels of a flurry of Marvel related news in the past couple months. While the company was pretty quiet during the early part of the pandemic, they’re getting back into production for a lot of their films. Movies like Spider-Man 3, Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness, Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and shows like Falcon and The Winter Soldier are all in production now.
The fourth Thor movie, directed and written by Taika Waititi is adding Star-Lord to an already impressive cast. That cast includes: Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson, and Waititi himself. The film is shooting in Australia. It’s unknown how large of a role that Pratt will have on the film though.
