The current story arc of DC comics Batman, written by Tom King, came to its stunning conclusion with issue No. 85. With it, also brought the end to the run of “City of Bane“. Moving forward Flashpoint Batman has much to deal with given all the events that unfolded. Gotham Girl now has her powers back. Alfred is dead. Following this, Batman and Catwoman definitely need some counseling.
However this will all shake out for Batman, the writing is in good hands. Starting with issue no. 86 the current Justice League Dark writer, James Tynion IV, takes over. James is no stranger to Batman having written and co-written many limited series with the Dark Knight including the wildly popular Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover titles.
