Eternals will be the third film in Phase 4 of the MCU. It is scheduled to be released on November 8, 2020.The film will be directed by Chloe Zhao, a Chinese film director, screenwriter, and producer.
Some of the cast was present including Kumail Nanjiani, Angelina Jolie, Lauren Ridlof, Don Lee and Selma Hayek who will be playing Kingo, Thena, Macary, Gilgamesh and Ajax respectively. The rest of the cast will be rounded out by Lia McHugh, Brian Tyree Henry, and Richard Madden who will be playing Sprite, Phastos, Ikarus.
This cast officially shoots down the rumors of Millie Bobbi Brown being in the movie. Hopefully we will see her somewhere in Phase 4.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
This will be next MCU film in the Phase 4 line-up. The film will hit theaters on February 12, 2021. Fans will finally get a legitimate Mandarin, as Tony Leung Chiu-wai, a Hong Kong actor, has been cast in the role.
While not present at the Marvel panel Awkwafina (Crazy Rich Asians) has also been cast in the movie. The biggest announcement comes in the way of who will be playing the titular character Shang-Chi. The role will be going to Simu Liu, who was only cast in the role 4 days ago. Simu, a Canadian actor, is best known for his role in the CBC Television sitcom Kim’s Convenience.
