Breaking Down the Leaked Episode IX Poster

Interestingly, the leaked Episode IX poster appears to confirm that the Knights of Ren will finally make more than just a flashback appearance. We first learned of them in The Force Awakens but haven’t seen them since. They appear on the poster to the left of Kylo Ren. One of them is wearing a decidedly Darth Revan-esque mask. (Perhaps they’re just teasing us. After all, thenew Benioff and Weiss trilogy may be set in the Old Republic.)

The rumored elite, red Stormtroopers, who match the previous descriptions, also join Kylo and his Knights of Ren on the poster. Perhaps more interestingly though, we may have gotten our first glance at Keri Russell’s character. We now know her name to be “Zorii”. Her image on the leaked Episode IX poster also matches exactly the description we’ve heard in prior rumors.

Though we have no details on the character, she appears to at least be prominent enough to warrant inclusion on the promotional poster (Of course, so was Phasma for The Last Jedi, so let’s not get too excited yet.)

There is a couple things about the poster that give us pause, however….
