It’s almost time for one more killer season. Netflix’s thrilling series You returns in April for its fifth and final season. But what does Joe Goldberg have up his sleeve for his New York return?

The upcoming episodes will see Penn Badgley reprise his role as Joe. This season’s cast will also feature Charlotte Richie, Madeline Brewer, Anna Camp, and Griffin Matthews.

Here’s the official synopsis from Netflix:

“In the epic fifth and final season, Joe Goldberg returns to New York to enjoy his happily ever after… until his perfect life is threatened by the ghosts of his past and his own dark desires.”

The new season of You will pick up three years after the events of season 4. Kate (Ritchie) is now CEO of the Lockwood Corporation, with Joe serving as her loyal husband – dubbed “Prince Charming” by the public. However, fans of the series know how unlikely it is that his innocent act can last.

“One of the most fun things about this season is the Prince Charming aspect, that Joe is actually famous,” said co-showrunner Justin W. Lo. “All the other seasons, he’s been really under the radar. That’s how he is able to move from season to season and place to place, because of his anonymity. Now that he is well known in New York, social media is on him. That’s something fun for us to explore.”

New stars for the final season include Brewer, who plays a free-spirited playwright working at Joe’s bookstore; Matthews, playing Teddy Lockwood, Kate’s brother; and Anna Camp, playing dual roles as Kate’s twin sisters Raegan and Maddie. Returning cast members include Natasha Behnam (Dominique), b (Phoenix), Pete Ploszek (Harrison), Tom Francis (Clayton), and Nava Mau (Detective Marquez).

The fifth and final season of You will include 10 episodes. Catch the premiere on Netflix April 24.
