John Carpenter recently announced a residency in Los Angeles for this October. He’s now announced a tune-up show in advance of his Halloween performances. The show goes on in New York and is titled Horrormeister. Pre-sale tickets go on sale on March 12th, 2025 at 10 AM eastern time. General admission tickets go on sale the next day. The performance kicks off on October 10th, 2025 from the Knockdown Center and will feature music from many of Carpenter’s 20 films and his five albums.
The shows feature John Carpenter, Cody Carpenter, and Daniel Davies playing music from his illustrious career.
“As soon as we announced my four-night L.A. residency, the response was incredible, and I wanted to offer my fans on the East Coast a chance to hear our music without having to fly across the country,” Carpenter said. “With a one-night show, we’ll get to really dig deep into our musical souls, which is something I can’t wait to share.”
The just-announced New York show and the L.A. residency at the Belasco Theatre mark the first time Carpenter has performed live since 2018.
HORRORMEISTER is produced by Storm King Productions, the production company founded and led by Sandy King. For more about John Carpenter’s music and cinematic legacy, visit his official website at https://theofficialjohncarpenter.com.
