It’s been a big week for movie fans with CinemaCon taking over Las Vegas. The biggest studios in Hollywood headed to Caesars Palace to share their 2025 film slate with attendees March 31 – April 3. Each presentation brought stars and filmmakers, new trailers and footage, behind-the-scenes looks, title and cast reveals, and more. (Plus, a little competitive flair and flash – we’re talking full orchestras and live stunt shows here.)

We’ve been following CinemaCon reveals all week, and pulled them together here for you to catch up in one place. Check out all the biggest announcements and reveals from this year’s CinemaCon below.

CinemaCon Day 1 – Sony Pictures Entertainment

Sony opened CinemaCon 2025, offering attendees updates on a number of exciting upcoming features.

The studio has big plans for horror fans in 2025, with legacy franchise flicks in the works like 28 Years Later, I Know What You Did Last Summer, and the latest installment of the Insidious series. Sony also reaffirmed its commitment to some major IPs, including Resident Evil, Demon Slayer, and Chainsaw Man. Plus, the studio confirmed casting and plans for a series of four Beatles biopics.

But for many, the most exciting Sony Pictures news comes from the Spider-verse. The studio offered updates on both the third animated Miles Morales flick Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, and Tom Holland’s live-action MCU Spidey with Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

CinemaCon Day 3 – Universal Pictures & Focus Features

Dragons and dolls and dinosaurs, oh my! The Universal, Focus Features, and DreamWorks presentation kicking off CinemaCon Day 3 sure packed a punch. CinemaCon attendees had the chance to screen the full live-action film adaptation of How to Train Your Dragon. The presentation also featured a full orchestra on stage playing live music from Universal’s catalog of films.

Jurassic World Rebirth kicked things off for the studio. Director Gareth Edwards and stars Scarlet Johansson and Mahershala Ali took to the stage and revealed new footage to the audience.

Focus Features discussed new films from award-winning directors Wes Anderson and Yorgos Lanthimos.

The Universal slate was heavy with planned sequels, including DreamWorks’ The Bad Guys and Bob Odenkirk’s Nobody, as well as Five Nights at Freddy’s, The Black Phone, and M3GAN 2.0 for horror fans.

But the biggest part two in town? Wicked: For Good. Director Jon M. Chu and stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande appeared at CinemaCon, and even screened footage from the film.

CinemaCon Day 3 – Amazon MGM Studios

Amazon MGM made its first official CinemaCon debut this year. Unlike the other studios plugging films releasing later this year, the Amazon MGM presentation promoed features coming in 2026.

The presentation walked out buzzy stars and directors throughout, including filmmaker Luca Guadagnino and stars Andrew Garfield and Ayo Edebiri for After the Hunt; Vivica A. Fox, Kara Young, and Mallori Johnson for Is God Is; Chris Hemsworth and Halle Barry for Crime 101, and Chris Pratt for Mercy.

The studio plugged Colleen Hoover adaptation Verity with a teaser trailer and recorded message from stars Anne Hathaway, Dakota Johnson, and Josh Hartnett. Michael B. Jordan also appeared in a video message for The Thomas Crown Affair.

The highly-anticipated Masters of the Universe live-action film didn’t debut any footage. However, the CinemaCon audience did get a behind-the-scenes look at filming and the movie’s costumes.

CinemaCon Day 4 – Paramount Pictures

Paramount opened the final day of CinemaCon 2025. The studio teased several upcoming animated projects (and animated/live action blends). Titles include a new Paw Patrol movie, a sequel to TMNT: Mutant Mayhem, The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender, Spongebob movie Search for Squarepants, and the Smurfs.

Walking out a bit of star power, director Edgar Wright joined Glen Powell, Colman Domingo, and Josh Brolin to promote The Running Man. They showed the CinemaCon audience footage and revealed filming recently wrapped. Channing Tatum later took the stage for his feature, Roofman.

But you can’t have star power – or a Paramount presentation – without Tom Cruise and Mission: Impossible. Paramount opened their presentation with a live motorcycle stunt show, and later walked out Cruise himself, along with writer/director Christopher McQuarrie. They shared stories from set, and a new trailer for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning with the CinemaCon audience.
