Lilo & Stitch fever is in full effect with a new 4K Ultra-HD Blu-Ray release headed your way. The Disney animated feature has been everywhere lately because of that delightful trailer. Now, a Lilo & Stitch 4K Ultra-HD Blu-Ray is dropping on May 6. Disney fans, prepare to surf those wonderful waves this summer.

Walt Disney Animation Studios made a lasting fan-favorite with Lilo & Stitch back in 2002. You can still see the ripples in the water with the excitement around Disney’s Lilo & Stitch live-action reimagining slated for a May 23, 2025 release. The 4K Ultra-HD Blu-Ray has some fun special features. There are “Elvis tunes”, Stitch popping in on other Disney classics and audio commentaries. (You can even grab a hula lesson!)

Disney has a synopsis for the 2002 feature: “In Lilo and Stitch, get ready to crash-land on Earth with Stitch, a runaway genetic experiment from a faraway planet. As he wreaks havoc on the Hawaiian Islands, he becomes the mischievous adopted alien “puppy” of an independent little girl named Lilo and learns about loyalty, friendship, and ‘ohana, the Hawaiian tradition of family.”
