It explores the idea that violent tendencies could be inherited and that no matter what you do try and escape your fate, you may not have a choice. Especially if your father is a murderer.

With the release of “Like Father Like Son”, I spoke with writer and director Barry Jay and the star of the film, Dylan Flashner. In conversation, we talk about Flashner’s character, Eli, who tries and tries to lead a normal life only to be drawn back to being violent.
