Hey, remember Stranger Things? While it may seem like the supernatural hit vanished into the Upside Down, season 5 is actually still in the works at Netflix. To celebrate “Stranger Things Day” (November 6 – the day Will Byers first went missing from Hawkins, Indiana), the streamer revealed a new tease for the series.

Check out the video below to learn the titles of the episodes in Stranger Things season 5.

Season 5 will feature eight episodes, titled:

  • “The Crawl”
  • “The Vanishing of _____”
  • “The Turnbow Trap”
  • “Sorcerer”
  • “Shock Jock”
  • “Escape from Camazotz”
  • “The Bridge”
  • “The Rightside Up”

We’ve still got some mystery even with these title reveals; who or what vanishes in episode 2 has been redacted in the teaser clip.

The title reveal also confirmed that the final season of Stranger Things will hit Netflix in 2025. It will mark quite a long wait between seasons for fans; season 4 released in the summer of 2022. The previous chapters ended with Vecna wreaking havoc in Hawkins, opening a gate to the Upside Down. Eleven also used her powers to save Max, but she remained in a coma with her fate uncertain.

The series’ principal cast members will return, including Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, and Noah Schnapp. Previously announced new cast members include Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly, Alex Breaux, and Linda Hamilton.

Again, the final episodes of Stranger Things won’t begin streaming for a while. So, you have plenty of time to speculate about what those episode titles mean. Drop your theories in the comments below.
