Twilight of the Gods is an adult animated series quite a few people have been waiting for. Mostly because it’s an upcoming adult animated series with a story heavily rooted in Norse mythology. Heck, a decent portion of the cast are themselves members of the Norse pantheon. It’s really got it all. From some intensely violent action scene to some very NSFW romance scenes, this series is definitely for adults only. Honestly, the fact that Zack Snyder is helming this series is just the butter on this bread.

Twilight of the Gods: Red Band Teaser Debut Details

You can’t get any more Norse mythology than this upcoming series.

Netflix Tudum is proud to announce the Red Band teaser trailer for Twilight of the Gods both on Netflix’s official website and on Twitter/X. This new teaser for this upcoming series from Zack Snyder (Justice League, Army of the Dead, Rebel Moon) and Stone Quarry Animation is very much NSFW. Not only for some very graphic violence, blood, and gore; but also for some just as graphic depictions of sex. There’s a reason why this series is an adult animated series, after all.

The Red Band teaser also reminds us when we’re going to actually going to get to see this series. Twilight of the Gods will make its streaming debut on September 19, 2024 for a single 8-episode season, which may or may not be its only season. Of course, this will be a Netflix exclusive. Thus, you will need a paid subscription to watch it.
