Are you in control? (Are you scared to find out?) Peacock just debuted a teaser for its upcoming horror/thriller series Teacup, which follows a disparate group of people in rural Georgia who must come together in the face of a mysterious threat in order to survive.
Check out the teaser for the series below.
Teacup comes from writer and executive producer Ian McCulloch (Yellowstone, Deputy, Chicago Fire). The series is inspired by the New York Times bestselling novel Stinger by Robert McCammon. E.L. Katz (The Haunting of Bly Manor, Channel Zero) also serves as an EP and directs the first two episodes.
The series comes from a group of executive producers who know their horror. The team includes James Wan (The Conjuring Universe, Archive 81, M3GAN), Michael Clear (Archive 81, Swamp Thing), and Rob Hackett (Archive 81, I Know What You Did Last Summer).
Teacup stars Yvonne Strahovski, Scott Speedman, Chaske Spencer, Kathy Baker, Boris McGiver, Caleb Dolden, Emilie Bierre, and Luciano Leroux.
Teacup season 1 will feature eight 30-minute episodes, with two episodes premiering weekly. The first two will debut on Peacock October 10.
Until then, check back to THS for more updates about this mysterious new horror series.
