The popular Sonic the Hedgehog-themed restaurant pop-up returns to San Diego, just in time for Comic-Con

The Sonic the Hedgehog Speed Cafe will officially open on Thursday, July 25. Visitors can expect elements from across Sonic’s iconic universe, exclusive Shadow-themed items and merchandise, and surprises from SEGA and the Secret Sauce Society team. In addition to themed food and beverage options, guests can also get into the SDCC spirit with Speed Cafe merchandise including T-shirts, hoodies, and hats in colors exclusive to the San Diego location.

Oh, and if you head over when the cafe opens, you may get something a little extra, too. Throughout San Diego Comic-Con, the first 25 guests to the Sonic Speed Cafe will be eligible to receive special Sonic giveaways from SEGA. You can also expect Sonic himself to drop by, along with surprise guest autograph signings and appearances throughout SDCC weekend.
