Black Sabbath and Tony Iommi have long teased a remaster for the Tony Martin era of albums. It’s harder and harder to find copies of the records that Martin sang on, and now that’s fixed. Anno Domini 1989-1995 releases in stores of May 31st. The new set features remasters of the albums Headless Cross, Tyr, Cross Purposes, and Forbidden.

The vinyl version of Anno Domini will feature debuts of several of these albums on that format. The CD edition features three exclusive bonus tracks in ‘Cloak & Dagger’, ‘What’s The Use’, and ‘Loser Gets It All.’ For the trouble of getting a limited release, it also comes with a booklet containing photos, artwork, and liner notes curated by Hugh Glimour. In addition, it includes a Headless Cross poster and a replica concert book from the Headless Cross tour.

The period of 1989-1995 saw plenty of lineup changes for Black Sabbath. it was a tumultuous time for heavy metal, and for the band. This era of Black Sabbath saw a lineup of Tony Iommi, Cozy Powell on drums, Tony Martin, and keyboardist Geoff Nicholls.
