The end of the road begins on Friday. (Although it may be a longer road than previously anticipated.) That’s right – the tenth installment in the Fast and Furious franchise, Fast X, premieres this week. And now fans have one more sneak peek at the movie in the form of this final trailer. Check it out below.
The pretty extended (4 and a half minute) trailer features a ton of footage teasing the new film. The opening clip shows Alan Ritchson’s character providing a briefing on Dom and the Fast Family, talking about their many adventures in previous films which “violate the laws of God and gravity.” (Pretty accurate assessment.) We also get a look at a team-up between Han and Shaw, Uncle Jacob coming to little Brian’s rescue, a fight between Cipher and Letty, and more. Rita Moreno heads the family cookout, Dom drives off a bridge, and Jason Momoa’s villain Dante stirs up trouble.
Yup, this is gonna be a big one.
About Fast X
Over many missions and against impossible odds, Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his family have outsmarted, out-nerved and outdriven every foe in their path. Now, they confront the most lethal opponent they’ve ever faced. A terrifying threat emerges from the shadows of the past, fueled by blood revenge, and determined to shatter this family and destroy everything—and everyone—that Dom loves, forever.
Dante’s (Aquaman‘s Jason Momoa) plot will scatter Dom’s family from Los Angeles to the catacombs of Rome, from Brazil to London and from Portugal to Antarctica. New allies will be forged and old enemies will resurface. But everything changes when Dom discovers that his own 8-year-old son is the ultimate target of Dante’s vengeance.
Fast X premieres in theaters May 19.
