There has been a lot of Jedi over the years, but when asked to name one most Star Wars fans will say Luke Skywalker. Played by Mark Hamill, Luke has risen to JEDI icon status since the release of Star Wars in 1977. So when it comes to training others to become a JEDI, Hamill would be the obvious choice as a trainer. EA Star Wars did just that and released the video of the “intense” Jedi training he gave Cameron Monaghan (Cal Kestis) for the upcoming Star Wars Jedi: Survivor video game that launches on April 28th, 2023. You can check out that training video below.
Many are excited about the upcoming release of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor which continues the story of Cal Kestis (now a Jedi Knight). But it doesn’t seem everyone is happy about this game. It seems that Mark Hamill is a little upset because he didn’t get two lightsabers. Guess he shouldn’t have gone into hiding, maybe you would have got another one Master Luke. Anyways, this next chapter in the Cal Kestis story looks like it is going to be a good one. Maybe after this story, we will see Kestis in live-action form either on DIsney+ or on the big screen.
