Banking on Fallen Order’s (Hopeful) Success

We here at That Hashtag Show always felt like Lucasfilm dropped the ball by not seizing on the popularity of The Knights Of The Old Republic. It literally took decades before the creative minds behind Star Wars would correct that mistake. Now, Game of Thrones show-runners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss are rumored to be producing an Old Republic trilogy. While fans welcome these new developments, many feel it took way to long to develop.

Don’t, however, expect this to happen again. If this Jedi: Fallen Order game becomes as massive a hit as many feel it will, Lucasfilm is sure to immediately capitalize on the game’s anticipated popularity. That means development in other formats. And that also means Cameron Monaghan is going to get a lot more screen time.
