Maybe it’s time you questioned the nature of your own reality. Yes, HBO’s Westworld is back.
Season four of the popular sci-fi series is less than two weeks away, and we have a new trailer to celebrate. As you might expect, it’s full of existential questions and foreboding voiceovers.
“This is a story about a girl. Every single day she wakes up. The more she sees it, but nobody else can. That there’s something wrong with the world. And that it’s her fault,” the trailer begins.

The vague-and-equally-ominous description provided by HBO calls season 4 “a dark odyssey about the fate of sentient life on earth.”
Westworld comes from showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. It stars Evan Rachel Wood, Thandiwe Newton, Ed Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Luke Hemsworth, Aaron Paul, and Angela Sarafyan.
The show returns after a two-year hiatus with eight new episodes. The new season will premiere Sunday, June 26 on HBO. It will also be available to stream on HBO Max.
