Roll20Con has come and gone, and there were a lot of announcements during the event. And we have the full roundup for you below.
Between the mobile app being fully launched and out of beta, to all of the new content coming in the next couple of months, there is something for everyone on Roll20. But let’s start there with the mobile app.
Roll20 Mobile App
So the app is officially out of beta and is now available for everyone. And the massive amount of improvements done to it is amazing. The app was also used during the playthrough of the newest D&D book: Srixhaven: A Curriculum Of Chaos.
The new killer features include:
- The ability to easily view your Roll20 character sheets including character stats, skills, and proficiencies.
- Rolls for abilities, combat, and spells.
- Use your favorite math rocks or send all your rolls right to the VTT chat, powered by Roll20’s signature quantum roll server.
- Make non-combat skill checks like persuasion and investigation.
- Players can manage and track their ever-important HP, available spell slots, inventory, hit dice, and death saves – all from within the app.
So the new app will make playing your TTRPG games on Roll20 even easier. We even have a few images from both the iPhone and iPad apps to show you:
But with the new experience of using the app, you need games to play on it. Luckily, Roll20 has a lot of games releasing between the end of this year and the beginning of next year.
