Back at the 2019 Game Awards, Wizards Of The Coast and Tuque Games announced Dungeons And Dragons: Dark Alliance. Earlier today, they revealed a new gameplay trailer and the release date as well.
Starting off with the gameplay trailer, what I found interesting about it was this isn’t a top-down Action Adventure RPG. It’s a 3rd-person 4 player co-op Action Adventure RPG.
Another interesting thing: the beholders got a complete redesign for this game. They still have 10 eyes, but their mouths are now separated into 3 separate sections.
We also got a really good look at the wraiths. They look super menacing and interesting. And we also got another look at the frost giants. This trailer also showed off a lot of gameplay, and it looks like so much fun.
Also released this morning, IGN put up the first Dev Diary episode:
As for the release date, and console info, Dungeons and Dragons: Dark Alliance is set for release on June 22nd, and it is coming to PC via Steam, PlayStation 4/4 Pro/4, and Xbox One Consoles/Xbox Series S/X.
The pre-order is available through the game’s website. The standard edition includes the game and the Beholder weapon set. The Digital Deluxe Edition has the game, the Beholder Weapon set, the Lich weapon set, and the Echoes Of The Blood War expansion.
