Titans is debuting a comics character who’s never made the jump to live action before. Season 2 briefly introduced Damaris Lewis as Blackfire, but fans can expect to see a lot more of her in season 3.

Today HBO Max unveiled our first look at Blackfire’s supersuit. Check it out below!

Damaris Lewis in new Blackfire costume for Titans on HBO Max

The pictures demonstrate both aspects of Blackfire’s look: a powered-up and a powered-down version. So you can get an idea of how the suit looks just moving around and while engaged in battle.

Besides the fact that any series reveal excites fans, this DC drop is special. Titans will be the first time the character Blackfire ever appears in live-action. So not only is Lewis the first to portray the character, this suit is the first time we’re seeing Blackfire cross over into the real world. Pretty cool!

As for Blackfire’s role in the series? Well, she’s the sister of Titans lead Starfire (Anna Diop), and they have a complicated history. Expect some heated conflict (and hopefully impressive head-to-head clashes) from these two.

The series also tweeted additional looks at Blackfire’s costume. If you’re already planning your cosplay, theses will definitely help you out.

You can stream the first two seasons of Titans on HBO Max now. The third season is currently in production, with plans to premiere later this year.
