It’s a great time to be a Neil Gaiman fan. In addition to all the new Sandman content, American Gods is also getting some new attention. (Besides the TV series, that is.)

The American Gods comics, adapted by P. Craig Russell from Gaiman’s award-winning novel, will now be available in one supersized collection. The special hardcover edition comes with a slipcase illustrated by David Mack and a gold pattern bookmark ribbon.

In American Gods, Shadow Moon, fresh out of jail, finds his wife dead and his life in shambles. But a chance meeting with the mysterious Mr. Wednesday thrusts him into the center of a conflict between new and old gods, where the future of human and divine life is at stake.

The Complete American Gods hardcover collection from Dark Horse comics collects the following stories:

  • Shadows issues #1-9
  • My Ainsel issues #1-9
  • The Moment of the Storm issues #1-9

If you think that sounds like a lot of content… you’re right. This massive collection sits at 720 pages. That’s a lot of American Gods
