If you are a fan of Boba Fett like myself, then you probably went crazy like I did when Slave 1 few across the TV screen in The Mandalorian “The Tragedy.” Not only did we get to see Boba Fett, we got to see him reclaim and wear his Mandalorian armor! Then we got to the next episode, “The Believer”, there we saw Fett with a fresh coat of paint making his armor looking good as new, except for that dent in his helmet. So, with all this excitement around his return, I thought it would be fun to see all the different looks of Boba Fett throughout the years.

Prototype Boba Fett

We got one of our first looks of this armor back in 1978, when it was worn by Duwayne Dunham for a screen test with Ben Burtt. It is a shame that we didn’t get more of Boba Fett in the original trilogy!

Star Wars: Holiday Special

Animator John Celestri and actor Don Francks gave us the first TV/Movie appearance of Boba Fett in the Star Wars: Holiday Special. His armor was pretty simple but still looked amazing as a cartoon, and lets be honest, this was the best part of the Holiday Special other then the end!

1980 gave us our first big screen appearance of Boba Fett. Played By Jeremy Bulloch and John Morton, Star Wars fans became infatuated with this mysterious Bounty Hunter that captured Han Solo. I can still remember as a kid, seeing him in his armor and wanting to be like like this amazing looking bounty hunter!
