March is here and that means plenty of stuff to stream. The question is what to watch this week? Here at That Hashtag Show, it’s our job to keep up with all the options on your screens. But, we know it can be tough to stay on top of all streaming has to offer. Here are our picks for what we’re watching this week!

Mickey 17 – In Theaters

Bong Joon Ho was at the top of the film world after bringing home an Oscar for Parasite. Everyone wondered what he would do for an encore. If you guessed make a bizarre dark comedy starring Robert Pattinson, collect your winnings. Mickey 17 stars multiple versions of the titular Mickey. Underappreciated and overworked, the “expendable” toils away to help colonize a hostile ice planet. It’s a riotous watch. Naomi Ackie and Steven Yeun both shine here too. No one is doing social commentary and wild swings like Bong Joon Ho. Strap in for a wild ride.

Deli Boys – Streaming on Hulu

Asif Ali and Saagar Shaikh play two (in over their heads) Pakistani brothers who are intensely entertaining. Abdulla Saeed makes a real impression with Deli Boys over on Hulu. A story with criminal world intrigue, genuine laughs, and a focus on the outrageous lengths we’ll go for family. It’s a winner with a cast that can’t seem to find any characters who don’t bounce off of each other well. This one will get a lot of love from critics and audiences.

With Love, Meghan – Streaming on Netflix

Meghan Markle is a worldwide star. And, now she’s got another lifestyle show to her name. Join the actress as she pals around with Alice Waters and Roy Choi in With Love, Meghan. The chefs are in rare form giving fans how-tos and simple hacks for making life easier in the kitchen. Mindy Kaling brings the humor here as well. If you’re looking for something a bit low impact for an evening in, this meal goes down great.

Daredevil: Born Again – Streaming on Disney+

On the opposite end of the tonal spectrum, Marvel Television raises Matt Murdock from the dead. Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio are back on the streets of Hell’s Kitchen for Daredevil: Born Again. Netflix fans rallied online to see a return for their favorite hero. They’re getting it and the first two episodes on Disney+ pull no punches. The action can be intense and there are going to be some hearts broken in these early entries. But, the soul of what drove that online campaign beats within Born Again. If you’re looking for a superhero watch this week, then this should scratch that itch. It’s nice to have Daredevil back.

Picture This – Streaming on Prime Video

Bridgerton fan-favorite Simone Ashley teams with Hero Fiennes Tiffin in a brand-new romantic comedy, Picture This. Her character, Pia, is a photographer that’s fighting against fate in trying to find the perfect man. When her past comes rushing in to cloud the picture, she’s going to have to refocus to see true love. It’s fun, the chemistry is there, and everyone is stunning in wedding attire. If you love rom-coms, what are you still doing here? Go watch it!

The Pianist – Streaming Free on Pluto TV (Now)

Adrien Brody, take a bow! He’s fresh off a massive win for Best Actor in The Brutalist at The Oscars this month. Take a trip back to 2002 when Adrian Brody claimed that hardware for The Pianist. Critics acclaimed this harrowing biopic focusing on the life of Władysław Szpilman. The man survived Nazi Germany and the emotional account of his struggles pulls very few punches. (I will never look at a cucumber the same.) Equal parts beautiful and tragic, this movie is a great watch if you’re up for it.

Legally Blonde – Streaming Free on Tubi (Now)

Reese Witherspoon as Elle Woods (with Bruiser Woods) in Legally Blonde

Elle Woods, you will always be famous. There’s currently a prequel series in the works starring Lexi Minetree. But, the original Legally Blonde is absolutely a good time no matter how many times you’ve seen it. Reese Witherspoon is instantly iconic as law school fashionista Elle Woods. This comedy is essential viewing and it feels silly to recommend it. However, there’s nothing wrong with revisiting and old favorite. Especially when it’s still so satisfying.

The Traitors – Streaming on Peacock

March 6 is the big Season 3 finale of The Traitors. Viewers across the pond have enjoyed the preposterous reality show shenanigans for years. Now, with multiple seasons under its belt, The Traitors has lured a whole new fanbase in. Alan Cumming is having the time of his life hosting this show and guiding our resident celebrities through these competitions. Backstabbing, wild reveals, and more laughs than that description sounds like abound in this guilty pleasure watch.

Don’t turn that dial! That Hashtag Show has plenty of TV news where this came from.
