Reacher Season 3 Punches Its Way To The Best Season So Far [Non-Spoiler Review]

We are now in the third season of Reacher on Amazon Prime, and I will just put this out there right now: This is the best season so far! Season One was good, season two was OK, but season three really up the game. Starring Alan Ritchson, Maria Sten, Anthony Michael Hall, Johnny Berchtold, Olivier Richters, Sonya Cassidy, Roberto Montesinos, and Brian Tee; Reacher Season 3 will premiere on Prime Video on February 20th and new episodes will roll out every Thursday through March 27th. Thanks to Prime Video I was able to get an early screening of season 3 and you can check out my short non-spoiler review below.

Reacher Season 3

Based on Lee Child’s novel Persuader, in the third season of the action-packed series, Reacher hurtles into the dark heart of a vast criminal enterprise when trying to rescue an undercover DEA informant whose time is running out. There he finds a world of secrecy and violence—and confronts some unfinished business from his own past.

Reacher Season 3 My Thoughts

Yes if you have read the books or watched any of the Reacher series you know how things are going to end, but that did not stop me from being on the edge of my seat through the whole eight episodes. Alan Ritchson is the perfect Reacher as a face from the past gets him into an unplanned, we will just call it an adventure. This season based on Lee Child’s 2003 novel “Persuader,” starts action-packed, and right away you just want more, and you get it. The storytelling for this season is phenomenal. It is full of action, mystery, suspense, and even flashbacks that perfectly help tell the story.

The cast is also perfect for this season. Like I said earlier, Alan Ritchson is Reacher, and I hope to never see anyone else but Ritchson as him. Sonya Cassidy (Agent Duffy) is a perfect fit next to Ritchson. In a lot of ways she is just like him, and their chemistry works perfectly together. Her character grew on me more and more as the season went on. Anthony Michael Hall (Zachary Beck) plays a very wealthy man who has Olivier Richters (Paulie) as a bodyguard which makes Reacher look small. Of course that fight can not get there soon enough. Everyone pulled this season off to make it one of the best.

Reacher Season 3 is a must-watch. After the second season, I was a little worried but I am so glad I was worried for nothing. Everything just flowed together perfectly. As a viewer, you can not ask for much more from this action series. The action, the drama, the suspense, and the whole story will keep you on the edge of your seat. Reacher Season Three is the best of all the seasons to date. I cannot wait to see what season 4 will bring.
