The 82nd Golden Globes Awards are heating up award season. They are a good measuring stick for how some of the bigger awards shows, like the Emmy Awards for Television and the Academy Awards, aka The Oscars for Films, will play out. In the world of television, “Shōgun” and “Hacks” were the big winners. While on the movie side, “Emilia Pérez” and “The Brutalist” were the big winners.
Comedian Nikki Glazer hosted Sunday Night’s Golden Globes, which took place at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. Overall, I thought she did a good job of slamming the celebrity crowd.
