The year-round Halloween Horror Nights experience called Universal Horror Unleashed will arrive in Las Vegas starting next year. Universal Destinations & Experiences announced the full details about the attraction on Halloween. Here’s how they describe it!
In a darkened warehouse on the edge of Las Vegas, a relentless spectacle of horror is rising – Universal Horror Unleashed. For decades, Universal’s masters of horror have created some of the world’s most frightening films and events. Now your greatest fears come to bone-chilling life in this year-round, fully immersive, high-quality horror experience.
Enter the evils of four haunted houses, each with their own terrifying stories: Universal Monsters, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Scarecrow: The Reaping, and The Exorcist: Believer. Surrounding the haunted houses are four fully themed immersive entertainment areas, each with its own unique live horror experiences, plus decadent food and drink offerings in select areas. Your deepest fears are closer than you think.
The four haunted houses aren’t the only thing at Universal Horror Unleashed, there’s also four sinisterly themed and immersive areas featuring live entertainment, eerie eateries and bars featuring horror-centric food and drink. They’ll also have a continuously updated experience with must-see seasonal events and one-of-a-kind merchandise.
The attraction was first announced back in 2023 and we’ve waited to see just how big and bad that Universal would go with this one. It takes residence in the AREA15 section of Las Vegas. Here’s what Page Thompson, President of New Ventures for UDX had to say.
“Universal’s rich history in the creation of the horror genre drove our desire to bring a year-round horror experience to the incredible entertainment offerings in Las Vegas. We’re thrilled to have our award winning Creative and Entertainment teams working tirelessly to bring these terrors to life in 2025.”
