“Topsy McGee and the Scarab of Solomon” is now available on paperback! This graphic novel follows the adventures of Topsy McGee and her husband Captain Sean McGee taking place at the dawn of the 20th Century.

With the release of “Topsy McGee and the Scarab of Solomon”, I spoke with the creators Yuri Lowenthal and Tara Platt. They are well-known voice actors who have jumped into the world of comics. What makes their story even better is that they are married.

In our conversation we talked about their adorable story about how Topsy McGee was created. As well as their real-life adventure about what it was like to take their story into the world of comics, which they had never done before. It was a great conversation that you can check out below!

When Topsy receives a telegram from her father, an airship ride to Cairo is only the beginning. Topsy and Sean take on goons, assassins, and cultists with the help of allies like Harry Houdini and Captain Nemo.
