“Bad Monkey” is now available to stream on Apple TV+. The 10-episode series follows a one time detective who is going through some rough times in Southern Florida. But when he comes in contact with a severed arm, it leads him into a world of corruption.

A CHAT WITH RONALD PEET

With the release of the series, I spoke with Ronald Peet, who plays Neville Stafford in the series. His character really just wants to chill and fish along with his monkey. But that is not in the cards as he fights for his home and land.

Peet talks to us about the chill attitude of Neville and his dealings with a certain supposed witch. We also had to take the time to chat about Driggs, played by Crystal the Monkey and his experience being on set with a monkey. It was a great conversation that you can check out below.

ABOUT BAD MONKEY

The series tells the story of Andrew Yancy (played by Vince Vaughn), a one-time detective demoted to restaurant inspector in Southern Florida. A severed arm found by a tourist out fishing pulls Yancy into the world of greed and corruption that decimates the land and environment in both Florida and the Bahamas. And yes, there’s a monkey.
 
The ensemble cast also includes Michelle Monaghan, Jodie Turner-Smith, Meredith Hagner, Natalia Martinez, L. Scott Caldwell, Ronald Peet, John Ortiz, and Alex Moffat.
