TALKING WITH THE DIRECTOR

With the release of “Succubus”, I spoke with R.J. Daniel Hanna about the film. We both shared some of our pasts having been in situations similar to the protagonist in the film of feeling desperate for a connection after a split-up. Hanna talked about how that unfortunate experience inspired the film.

We also talked about his leads in the film Rachel Cook and Brendan Bradley. They have the challenge of having to act on their own as a lot of the interactions take place via screens. He also shares his experience in working with Ron Perlman on the film. Hannah then talks about developing certain moments in the film as well as his Succubus. It was a great conversation that you can check out above!
