Just days have passed since the second half of Emily in Paris season 4 arrived on Netflix. But don’t worry – we haven’t seen the last of Emily’s adventures. Netflix officially announced the series will move forward with a fifth season today.
Star Lily Collins shared the news during an appearance on Good Morning America. You can check out the teaser Netflix released online below.
Emily in Paris proved a smash hit for Netflix, with each of the show’s four seasons hitting the streamer’s Global Top 10 English TV series. The show follows Collins as a young woman hired by a marketing firm in Paris to provide an American perspective.
“We’re thrilled with the incredible response to this season of Emily in Paris and excited to return for a fifth to continue Emily’s adventures in Rome and Paris!” series creator Darren Star told Tudum.
Emily in Paris season 4 part one debuted on Netflix August 12. It quickly took the platform’s #1 spot, amassing 19.9 million views in its first four days. It entered the Top 10 in 93 countries. The second half of the season premiered a month later on September 12.
