A return to Middle-earth is just around the corner for Tolkien fans. Season 2 of Prime Video’s Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power officially arrives August 30. But what’s in store for your favorite characters as tensions rise, rings are forged, and the threat of Sauron sweeps across the land?

During San Diego Comic Con, we had the chance to speak with the cast ahead of season 2. Morfydd Clark, who plays Elven warrior Galadriel, discussed the implications of Galadriel’s missing husband on the Rings of Power world, and even teased an upcoming romance for her character. Plus, she gave her personal recommendation for what to bring to your Rings of Power premiere watch party.

About The Rings of Power Season 2

In season 2 of The Rings of Power, Sauron has returned. Cast out by Galadriel, without army or ally, the rising Dark Lord must now rely on his own cunning to rebuild his strength and oversee the creation of the Rings of Power, which will allow him to bind all the peoples of Middle-earth to his sinister will.
