Bust out those Emma Stone dance moves. Kinds of Kindness officially arrives on streaming soon.
The feature from Academy Award winner Yorgos Lanthimos arrives on Hulu August 30.
Kinds of Kindness is a triptych fable following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife – who was missing at sea – has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.
The film stars Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie, and Hunter Schafer.
Lanthimos directed the film from a screenplay he co-wrote with Efthimis Filippou. The duo previously teamed for multiple projects, including Dog Tooth, The Killing of a Sacred Deer, and The Lobster. Lanthimos’ other award-winning projects include The Favourite and Poor Things.
The feature, produced by Disney brand Searchlight Pictures, will stream on Hulu. You can also watch it through Disney+ with the Hulu add-on. In addition to streaming, you can purchase Kinds of Kindness on digital platforms starting August 27. The feature will also head to Blu-ray and DVD October 8.
