A CHAT WITH NICKY WHELAN
With the release of the new film ‘Crescent City’, I spoke with one of the stars, Nicky Whelan. She plays a character named Jaclyn Waters, who as part of Internal Affairs is investigating an incident that happened involving Terrence Howard’s Brian Sutter. As the film progresses her involvement may have some people start seeing her as a suspect as the search for the serial killer progresses.
During our conversation about Crescent City, she tells me about finding the right voice for Jaclyn. As well as her experience in working alongside both Howard and Esai Morales, and her appproch on working on a crime-thriller. She also shares how she thought Alec Baldwin was a bit intimidating as Captain Howell. It was a fun conversation that you can check out below!
