A CHAT WITH CHEF REDZEPI
With the release of Omnivore, I spoke with Chef Redzepi about the series. Redzepi shared why it was important for Omnivore to tell stories through the people’s voices; as well as the inspiration behind the way the series is shot. In our chat, we discussed the importance of elevating these ingredients, as many of us usually take them for granted. This lead to a bigger conversation about people’s current lack of appreciation for food in general. It was a great conversation that any foodie would appreciate. You can check it out in full below!
