Apple TV+ has just unveiled the trailer for the upcoming live-action family series “Me,” a sophisticated cinematic coming-of-age narrative created by Barry L. Levy (Vantage Point).

Me” follows Ben, a 12-year-old navigating the challenges of middle school life. Of course that includes bullies, crushes, and school dances. So, as he adapts to a newly blended family, Ben discovers he possesses superpowers. Then, throughout the 10-episode season, Ben embarks on a journey of self-discovery, exploring the true significance of his abilities. With the support of his step-sister Max, Ben learns to control his powers and unravel the enigmas and tragedies within his community, all while grappling with his identity as Ben.



Me” is an Apple Original series developed by Barry L. Levy, who fulfills roles as the showrunner, executive producer, as well as series writer. The series also collaborates with Michael Dowse, Amy Welsh-Hanning, and Eben Russell. Aaron Carew is the supervising producer, while Dowse directs all 10 series episodes.

The series stars Lucian-River Chauhan (Encounter)  as Ben Vasani. Then, Abigail Pniowsky (Arrival)  as Max Davis, Dilshad Vadsaria (Second Chance) as Elizabeth Vasani, Amanda Reid (Miss Juneteenth) as Carter Kennedy, Jessy Yates (Pulse) as Morgan with guest stars Kyle Howard (Orange County) as Phil Davis and Sharif Atkins (NCIS Hawai’i) as Darren Kennedy.

Me” is part of an exciting lineup of new content for all ages on Apple TV+ this summer. The offerings include the animated adventure trilogy WondLa, produced by Skydance Animation and based on the New York Times bestselling book series “The Search for WondLa” by Tony DiTerlizzi, premiering on June 28.

Additionally, viewers can look forward to the first-ever television adaptation of the cult classic film “Time Bandits,” featuring Lisa Kudrow and premiering on July 24. The star-studded revival “Yo Gabba GabbaLand!,” inspired by the Emmy-nominated cultural phenomenon “Yo Gabba Gabba!,” will premiere on August 9.

Furthermore, the second season of the beloved animated series “Frog and Toad,” based on the Caldecott and Newbery Honor-winning books, premiered on May 31. Stay tuned for more announcements on additional titles to be revealed.

Me” is set to premiere worldwide on Friday, July 12.
