The latest chapter in AMC’s The Walking Dead universe continues this fall. Ahead of its debut at the Tribeca Festival this weekend, we now have a first look at The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol.

The new season picks up where The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon left off, following fan-favorite characters Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) as they both confront old demons. Carol fights to find her friend; meanwhile, Daryl struggles with his decision to stay in France, causing tension at the Nest. Additionally, Genet (Anne Charrier)’s movement builds momentum, setting Pouvoir on a violent collision course with the Union of Hope in the fight for France’s future.

AMC Networks revealed new images from the season, which you can check out below.

In addition to Reedus and McBride, Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol also stars Clémence Poésy, Louis Puech Scigliuzzi, Laika Blanc Francard, Charrier, Romain Levi, and Eriq Ebouaney.

Reedus and McBride executive produce the series, along with TWDU head Scott M. Gimple and showrunner David Zabel. Greg Nicotero, Angela Kang, Brian Bockrath, Daniel Percival, Jason Richman, and Steve Squillante also executive produce.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol will include six episodes. You can catch the premiere on Sunday, September 29 at 9pm ET/PT on AMC and AMC+.
