You’ve got just 10 days left to make way for new emotions. It’s almost time for Inside Out 2!
The sequel to Pixar’s Oscar-winning film about how our emotions basically run the show arrives June 14. So, Disney offered up one final trailer to give fans a peek at the film. Check it out below.
Inside Out 2 picks up with Riley entering her teenage years. Her internal Headquarters undergoes a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new emotions. Now Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust—who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts—aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety, Envy, Ennui, and Embarrassment show up and start causing trouble for Riley.
Returning key voice cast members include Amy Poehler (Joy), Phyllis Smith (Sadness), Lewis Black (Anger), Diane Lane (Riley’s mom), and Kyle MacLachlan (Riley’s dad). Tony Hale (Fear), Liza Lapira (Disgust), Maya Hawke (Anxiety), Ayo Edebiri (Envy), Adèle Exarchopoulos (Ennui), and Paul Walter Hauser (Embarrassment) round out the emotions. The film also stars Kensington Tallman (Riley), Lilimar (Valentina “Val” Ortiz), Yvette Nicole Brown (Coach Roberts), and Sumayyah Nuriddin-Green and Grace Lu (Riley’s best friends).
The film comes from director Kelsey Mann, with a screenplay by Meg LeFauve and Dave Holstein.
Inside Out 2 premieres exclusively in theaters June 14. You can grab tickets now.
