Dead Dead Demon’s Dededede Destruction: Details

Does this thumb even remotely look like an alien invasion story to you?

Crunchyroll is proud to announce that they will soon be streaming the anime adaptation of Dead Dead Demon’s Dededede Destruction (abbreviated as DDDD). Originally a manga of the same name by Inio Asano (Solanin, Goodnight Punpun), the anime adaptation was actually a two-part anime film that released in Japan on March 22, 2024, with the second part due to release in May 24, 2024. However, that is just how this anime will be in Japan. Crunchyroll plans to release this story as an 18-episode anime series starting on Thursday, May 23 at 8:00 PM PT. New episodes will release weekly after that, and will even include “brand new footage never before seen in theaters”. Of course, this will be a Crunchyroll exclusive, so you can only watch it there.
