I had a chance to sit down with Julia Lester (HSMTMTS) and Terry Hu (Zombies 3) to discuss their new Hulu Original Movie, Prom Dates. The story follows two besties, Jess and Hannah, who made a prom pact when they were kids. However, when the time finally comes nothing is going right. So, the two set off on a wild adventure to find dates and fix their lives in 24 hours.

Julia Lester and Terry Hu play potential love interest in the film and do an amazing job. So, we got to chatting about Prom, Prom Posals, and why everyone should check out their new film!

The film also stars Ginny & Georgia’s Antonia Gentry, Kenny Ridwan (The Goldbergs), JT Neal (Bless This Mess), Jordan Buhat (Grown-ish), Zión Moreno (Gossip Girl), John Michael Higgins (Licorice Pizza), as well as Chelsea Handler.

Then, Directing the film is Kim O. Nguyen. D.J. Mausner wrote the script. Producers include Jeremy Garelick, Will Phelps, and Molle DeBartolo for American High, Then, Kevin Hart, Bryan Smiley, and Luke Kelly-Clyne for Hartbeat. Mickey Liddell and Pete Shilaimon for LD Entertainment.
