Gentle Giant LTD. just keeps knocking it out of the park and once again added an amazing mini-bust to its already strong animated bust lineup. For those who have read my reviews know that I look at a few things. Those things are packaging, sculpt and paint quality, and displayability. Also, when doing my reviews I like to get the negatives out of the way but I will tell you right now I have only one complaint about this mini-bust and that is the cost of it being $130, but I will get into that in my final thoughts. So to save time I will go right into what I loved about this Cad Bane bust.

Pros Of The Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Cad Bane Animated Mini-Bust

Yes, this is an amazing bust. From its paint job to the little details the Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Cad Bane Animated Mini-Bust is one of the best that Gentle Giant LTD. has made, and here is why.

  • Like most items that come from Gentle Giant LTD. the Cad Bane mini-bust is packaged well. The bust is in a styrofoam block and has plastic around it to protect the paint.
  • If you are a keep-it-in-the-box person the box comes with a picture of the bust on the front. Also, the back of the box gives you a summary of the statue and some nice box art. So this mini-bust will look good displayed in your collection even if you leave them in the box.
  • The Cad Bane mini-bust comes in one piece so it is ready to display as soon as you take it out of the box.
  • From the scars on his face to the wear and tear look of his outfit Gentle Giant LTD. made this Cad Bane bust look as if it came right out of The Clone Wars series and ended up in your collection.
  • The base of this bust is weighted well making it sturdy and not easily knocked over when displayed.
  • Each statue comes with an individually numbered certificate of authenticity.

My Final Thoughts

So as you can tell by my review I think very highly of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Cad Bane Animated Mini-Bust. Yes, I do have one complaint about this bust: its SRP is $130. But if you look around online or are a Gentle Giant Premier Guild Member you can save a few bucks on the bust. Other than that I love everything else about it. I mean look at it, they did an amazing job on the animated look of the statue. This is another must-have for your collection if you are a Cad Bane fan and collecting as it is one of the few statues that have received a perfect score from me.
