Goosebumps just scared up some new cast members for season 2. The spooky anthology series on Disney+, based on the bestselling book series by R.L. Stine, recently announced David Schwimmer and Ana Ortiz will star in the upcoming season.
Schwimmer stars as Anthony, the father of fraternal twins Devin and Cece who are visiting for the summer. Sam McCarthy and Jayden Bartels will play the twins.
Ortiz plays Jen, a dedicated police detective who remains rooted in her Brooklyn neighborhood after experiencing a tragic event that involved her friends in adolescence.
Other core cast members previously revealed for season 2 of Goosebumps include Elijah Cooper as CJ, Galilea La Salvia as Frankie, and Francesca Noel as Alex.

The new story begins with Devin and Cece, fraternal twins adjusting to life with their recently divorced dad, Anthony. When the duo discovers a threat stirring, they quickly realize that dark secrets are among them, triggering a chain of events that unravel a profound mystery. As they delve into the unknown, Devin, Cece and their friends — Alex, CJ and Frankie — find themselves entangled in the chilling tale of four teenagers who mysteriously vanished in 1994.
The first season of Goosebumps received award nominations from the PGA and DGA. Its premiere episode landed big streaming numbers; over 4 million views across Disney+ and Hulu within the first three days of release.
Season 2 will feature a new setting, story, and cast from the show’s inaugural season. It will continue to draw on Stine’s stories, which have been printed in over 400 million books in 32 languages.
