Blumhouse is teaming up with AMC Theaters to give horror movie and Halloween fans something to look forward to. Halfway to Halloween Film Festival sees the return of five movies to theaters. The five-day event kicks off Friday, March 29th in over 40 cities and 100 AMC theaters. The main event of the festival is the thirteenth-anniversary celebration of Insidious on April 1st.
Tickets start at $8 per film. They’ll have giveaways, sneak peeks, and exclusive recorded messages from directors and talent from the films. Tickets go on sale today, March 15th on AMCTheaters.com and on the AMC Mobile App. Here’s the list of films being screened.
- Friday, March 29 – Split
- Saturday, March 30 – The Purge
- Sunday, March 31 – Ouija: Origin of Evil
- Monday, April 1 – Insidious (13th year anniversary of the movie’s opening)
- Tuesday, April 2 – The Invisible Man
