Shudder presents, History of Evil. Set in a dystopian America, the world is marred by war and corruption. Thus resulting in the transformation of the nation into a theocratic police state. So, in response to this oppressive regime, ordinary citizens have united to form a group known as The Resistance.

So, I had a chance to sit down with Paul Wesley (Star Trek: Strange New Worlds) and Jacque La Femme (Orange is the New Black) about the importance of the psychological thriller.

Alegre Dyer (Jacque Le Femme), a member of this group, manages to escape from a political prison and successfully reunites with her husband Ron (Paul Wesley), and their daughter Daria. Fleeing from the relentless pursuit of the militia, the family seeks refuge in a secluded safe house. However, their respite is short-lived, as the dark history of the house begins to unravel, gradually consuming Ron’s psyche. His unwavering determination to protect his family is overshadowed by a malevolent force that threatens their safety, as well as their well-being.
