Dethklok returns to American stages this Spring for their Mutilation on a Spring Night Tour. Hitting the road with them will be Dragonforce and Nekrogoblikon.

The tour runs from April 7th, 2024 to May 3rd, 2024. If you’re wondering how an animated band can go on tour with live-action counterparts, well that’s the conundrum that follows Dethklok. Brendon Small is the mastermind behind the band, having made four albums and other assorted releases with drummer Gene Hoglan.

“I love bands that celebrate guitar and bands that have a lot of fun onstage. I also love bands that don’t, but for this tour, I think it makes sense to have a lot of dragons, goblins, and ‘kloks together. If you’re going to do this, you gotta go big and over the top. This is going to be a very fun show for people.”

Last year, Dethklok hit the road with BABYMETAL for the BABYKLOK co-headlining tour, which was the first Dethklok tour in over ten years.

“The BABYMETAL girls are delightful, like three princesses from outer space, great singers, and great dancers. Their band is bonkers good. I magically found my way into this parallel universe. The show itself is a great challenge as a vocalist, guitar player, and multitasker. The goal is always to put on the absolute best show that I can.”

2023 was one of the most successful and storied years in the history of Dethklok. They released a new movie, Army of the Doomstar and a new album Dethalbum IV, alongside the soundtrack for Doomstar.
