Judas Priest are in the swing of things for their new album Invincible Shield. They’ve shown off two tracks from the album, “invincible Shield” and “Trial By Fire”. Now, the band is teasing a third track with “Crown Of Horns” for this Friday. Check out the social media post and video that the band put out below.
From the small snippet, the song sounds a bit like a ballad/slower heavier song than we’ve had so far. Definitely feels a bit like “Angel” off their Angel of Retribution album. We’ll have to see when we get the full track on Friday!
Judas Priest is currently dormant on the road. They embarked on their 50 Heavy Metal Years tour in 2022. The only concert date they’ve played and will play in 2023 was Power Trip. The band is heading out on the road for a UK tour for the first time in almost a decade. They were hung up because of obligations to an Ozzy Osbourne tour, but now they can hit their homeland with some heavy metal thunder.
invincible Shield releases on March 8th, 2024. You can pre-order it here, and it comes in several special edition options like vinyl, cassette, and more!
