Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the most popular and beloved anime series in the world for quite a few reasons. This anime adaptation of the dark fantasy supernatural adventure manga of the same name by Gege Akutami has received much praise from critics. Most notably for its stylish action scenes and its emphasis on some rather gruesome horror. It’s why this anime and its source manga has so many fans around the world. Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3: Details
On the official Twitter channel for Jujutsu Kaisen, the anime posted a Tweet announcing that season 3 has finally started production. Specifically: this announcement reveals that this upcoming season will begin the Culling Game Arc. They don’t give much about the arc beyond that studio MAPPA (Zombie Land Saga, Chainsaw Man, Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku) will continue to produce this anime. You know, just like that animation studio has been producing the previous 2 seasons? They’ve been doing a great job so far, so why not?
Alas, what the announcement doesn’t give us is a release window for Jujutsu Kaisen season 3. They don’t even have a voice cast for us yet. It’s perfectly understandable though, since the anime has only just started production. We’ll just have to wait for studio MAPPA to give us that info at a later date.
