Mission: Yozakura Family by Hitsuji Gondaira is one of the most interesting of the Shonen Jump manga series. With a mix of spy action, spy comedy, and fluffy spy fluff goodness; it’s easy to see why this particular manga series has gotten so popular. Thus, you can also see why people would be excited about the upcoming anime adaptation, myself included. Also thus, you can understand why that anime‘s very first PV trailer would be so exciting. Mission: Yozakura Family ~ PV Trailer 1 Details

It’s so nice to hear the entire Yozakura family’s voices at long last.

NBCUniversal Anime/Music is proud to hype up the upcoming anime adaptation of Mission: Yozakura Family with that very first PV trailer above on YouTube. Said PV trailer does show off the entire Yozakura family in anime form at last. However, the focus is most definitely on Taiyo Asano (voiced by Reiji Kawashima), Mutsumi Yozakura (voiced by Kaede Hondo), and Kyoichiro Yozakura (voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi). You can already see their dynamic in this PV trailer. Taiyo and Mutsumi behave in a very friendly fashion with each other, while Kyoichiro seeks to prevent that at all costs like the sister-obsessed brother he is. All with Taiyo speaking in a hilariously panicked tone during those Kyoichiro moments to boot.

Alas, it will be a while before we can see more Yozakura family antics in anime form. Mission: Yozakura Family will make its anime debut sometime in April 2024.
